When you buy your coverage, you’ll be insured for a year (even if you choose to pay on a monthly basis).

If you get hacked, our team will start working on your account and you’ll get your daily payment based on your coverage for up to 90 days or until we can retrieve your account. After Notch is able to recover your account, you're still insured for the remainder of the year.

Keep this in mind though: any insurance you have has an aggregate limit of liability which is the maximum total amount your insurance company will pay for all claims throughout your policy term. In our case, that term is one year and the aggregate limit of liability is the maximum coverage you are offered when you buy your policy.
